Diane Helbig As the founder of Helbig Enterprises I focus my energy on helping small business owners and business leaders improve their outcomes. I am a professional advisor, trainer, strategic planning facilitator, and program developer with over 25 years of experience working with businesses and nonprofit organizations throughout the United States. I have been facilitating planning sessions and training since the late 1980’s and have been told that I am valued for my direct, engaging, and humorous style. Because I believes that each person has unique needs, I work with my attendees to ensure they contribute, and develop their own vision and plan. I am adept at engaging with participants and empowering them to contribute to the process. My experience includes training minimum wage employees on both soft and hard skills, leading a multi-location small business, and succeeding in a sales role. I took all of my experience and knowledge to start my business in 2006 with the goal of positively impacting as many businesses as possible. My work includes conducting strategic planning sessions with businesses and nonprofits, advising business owners on a variety of business challenges, and training professionals in leadership, communication, customer service, and sales. I am the author of Succeed Without Selling, Lemonade Stand Selling and Expert Insights, and am the host of the Accelerate Your Business Growth podcast. I am also the founder of Business Opportunity Network, a business development program where business therapy meets growth. I am fortunate to be a member of the Newsweek Expert Forum, and a member of the NAWBO Cleveland Board of Directors. I am the recipient of the 2016 Corporate Event Speaker of the Year Award, as well as the 2020 Achievements in Excellence Award, 2021 Bronze Stevie Award for Female Solo Entrepreneur of the Year, 2021 Silver Stevie Award for Female Thought Leader of the Year in the Business Services category, Shining Star Award 2022 NAWBO Cleveland.
