Hamish Knox A member of the global Sandler network for over 11 years, Hamish and his team supports entrepreneurs create and maintain scalable, repeatable, consistent sales functions and build a business that they can sell eventually for *their* number, not the number they’re told to take. Hamish is the host of the Full Funnel Freedom podcast, which supports sales leaders with tips and insights on creating a consistently, reliably full funnel. Hamish was named Sandler Global Rooke of the Year in March 2012 and in March 2020, Hamish became the first Canadian winner of the David H. Sandler Award, which recognized his embodiment of the Sandler principles, the spirit of David Sandler, the Sandler brand and his outstanding dedication to supporting his Sandler colleagues and the Sandler organization as a whole. He was the first two time author in the Sandler network. His first book was, Accountability the Sandler Way – Developing a Leadership Mindset in 20 minutes a Week and his second book was Change the Sandler Way – Understanding the Human Dynamics That Cause New Initiatives to Succeed. Hamish is regularly invited by Sandler Home Office to speak at Sandler’s train-the-trainer conferences and the public Sandler Summit, which has taken place in Orlando every March for the past 11 years (with the exception of virtual for 2021). Committed to giving back so other entrepreneurs can enjoy the same opportunities he had when he launched his business, Hamish volunteers with Alberta IoT in their accelerator program and on a Board committee, is an active mentor with Futurpreneur Canada, is a Maple Leaf Club donor to Enactus Canada and is a volunteer judge for regional and national student entrepreneur competitions and is an Advisor with STS Capital.
