He also became a Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School. But he’s currently the Professor of Neuroscience and Psychology at the University of California, Berkeley. Today’s episode was so powerful that I wanted to split it up into 2 parts. The second half of this episode will come out later this week and you won’t want to miss out on it. In this episode we discuss why Sleep is the foundational pillar for our overall health, why most people are terrible at prioritizing sleep and how to change that, the effects of poor sleep over time. You NEED to know this, how anxiety and stress affect our sleep, the importance of dreams and how to influence them, and so much more!
