Have you ever woken up and suddenly realised that you’ve been going through the days on autopilot and something’s missing from your life? Something important? Recently, I attended a weekend event that combines self-reflection with outdoor activities. It’s the Get A Grip Of The Grind Festival and it’s designed to help women be bold and focus on themselves for a change (instead of everyone else in their lives they are supporting). I was there to facilitate a couple of workshops, but I also got to participate in the outdoor activities. And I came to a stunning conclusion … I was missing out. There was something in my life that I needed more of and I hadn’t even known it.
