Joshua Prager: ...about the real lives behind Roe v. Wade
Roe v. Wade is the landmark case in which the U.S. Supreme Court affirmed that access to safe and legal abortion is a constitutional right. That 1973 ruling is perhaps the best known and most divisive case the court has ever decided. Our guest on this episode, investigative journalist Joshua Prager, has spent 11 years researching and writing about the case and the key figures in it. The result of that work is Prager’s new book, the already critically-acclimaed, "The Family Roe: An American Story".
