Surviving the Worst and Creating the Best with Jennifer Kauffman • 220
We will learn: The first step for healing your mind and body naturally. What to do when you can’t think of anything but your pain. The process for letting go of resistance. How is it that the worst thing that has ever happened to you, can become the greatest gift of your life? Plenty of people go through something terrible and they sit in their pain their whole lives. Thinking they can’t help what happened to them and it’s all someone else’s fault. So just going through something hard doesn’t always make you stronger. You don’t always see it from a positive perspective, even with time. It’s the little decisions in between. The tiny actions that start to recreate your life. Our guest is Jennifer Kauffman. On April 15, 2013, the Boston Marathon witnessed a horrific event: 5 people died and 264 people were seriously injured from the bombings. Jennifer was one of them. In an instant, her whole world was shattered. Surviving a terrorist attack led her to ask the question, “What good can possibly come from this?” Jennifer is the producer of 2 Emmy award-winning films, an award-winning documentary, and is due to release the movie 'There's Got To Be More To Life - Transforming Through Trauma'.
