Today’s guest is Cathy Strange, the Ambassador of Food Culture at Whole Foods Market. “Everyone who loves food is an ambassador of food,” says Cathy.  Cathy has worked for Whole Foods for decades and she’s had a front-row seat to all the changes in grocery and consumer packaged goods. Previously, Cathy was the Global Cheese Buyer for Whole Foods and you’d be hard-pressed to find someone more knowledgeable about the world of cheese and cheesemakers.
