Ahhh mum rage, we talk about it all the time but it"s been a bit extra lately. Moving states, new daycare and messed up sleep coupled with the hormonal shift at that 4-5 month postpartum mark are a few of the reasons that the rage has hit the roof for Jess lately. Luckily for her Nicola went through this about 6-8 weeks ago and shares not only her experiences but also a few tips to help cope with it all when it feels a bit overwhelming.  Recording this episode was cathartic for us and we hope it lightens things for you a bit too .
