The public health performance artists in Ontario are at it again. To protect “overwhelmed" hospitals we are being asked to mask-up — despite the fact there is no evidence masks do a thing to stop viral spread. It is not a mandate but rather a strong suggestion of the kind that makes one feel guilty for not complying. This is a neat trick aimed at focusing the public's attention on mask-renegades instead of hospital CEO’s and goverment ministers who seem incapable of increasing capacity.
