Today’s guest is Nova Reid. Nova is a TED speaker, writer and diversity and anti-racism campaigner. We had a conversation about what her experience growing up in Hertfordshire in England was like to which we spoke about the first time she realised she was Black. We chatted about what it means to be an anti-racist, and how we can combat micro-aggressions challenging negative behaviours that contribute to poor effects these have on oppressed minorities mental well being.
