A Better Way With Robert Greene
Warning: Some topics may not be suitable for children during this episode. Robert is a US Navy Veteran (Hospital Corpsman) who was diagnosed with PTSD in Jan 2016. After a long battle with his internal demons, he decided to immerse himself in ancient practices as a means to master his mind. His first trip to India in 2016 he studied Yoga for Meditation. In 2017 Robert decided to deepen his practice in yoga in India. In 2017 Robert ventured to China to immerse himself in traditional Kung Fu. During that time he became proficient in Shaw lin Kung Fu, Robert also chose to balance his energies through the practice of yoga and mediation. Since then he has been incorporating aspects of yoga into his martial arts practice. He also ventured to Tibet to study Buddhist meditation practices. Robert likes to push and motivate others to get out of their comfort zones and develop a greater sense of self confidence.
