I’m a fixer. And not just the “let me tighten that screw” kind of fixer. I’m the kind of person who sees a problem and immediately wants to make it better—faster, smoother, healthier. And there's nothing more frustrating than not having a simple solution.  When you find you made the problemn worse instead of better.  Those are the unfixable parts of life that hit us all - and what I'm sharing solutions to on this 2 part series of episodes on the podcast.  Whether your unfixable is your physical body, your weight, your health or a relationship that just keeps getting worse or feelings that are overwhelming your life, unfixable issues are there for all of us.  Where you start to fix the unfixable is a master skill I learned through coaching.  And I'm sharing the first steps on the podcast this week.  In this episode, I’m sharing the shifts that helped me approach the “unfixable” in a whole new way—the moments I realized that pushing harder wasn’t the answer, and that real change often comes when we stop trying to force it. These stories aren’t just about physical health; they’re about how we see ourselves, how we respond to challenges, and how we create space for healing to actually happen. So whether you’re in the middle of burnout, frustrated by your health journey, or just feeling stuck in a place you can’t quite shift, I hope this episode feels like an exhale of that breath you didn’t know you were holding. And if you’ve faced something in your life that once felt unfixable, I’d love to hear your story. Because the truth is, those moments often hold the greatest potential for growth.
