The Fun-Loving Eden Grinshpan On Top Chef, Tahini & Thanksgiving–Canada Style!

Today is the second episode of our miniseries in partnership with Destination Canada, where we shine a spotlight on some of our favorite Canadian chefs, creators, and culinary stars. Today’s guest is chef, cookbook author, TV host, entrepreneur, and mom Eden Grinshpan. Born and raised in Toronto, Eden has always brought joy, humor, and a love of big, bold flavors to everything she does. She chats with host Kerry Diamond about her Canadian upbringing shaping her approach to food, and how she became the host of “Top Chef Canada.” The new season premieres Tuesday, Oct. 14th, and Eden says telling the contestants to “pack their knives and go” doesn’t get any easier, even with multiple seasons under her belt.
