Ep 2: Understanding ourselves better, later on in life
“Now I’m just letting more of my quirky, sarcastic and at times wildly inappropriate self out” In her first conversation of the series, Kate Moryoussef sits down with US-based Mindset & Productivity Coach, Diann Wingert. The pair discuss changing careers and working through an ADHD diagnosis to best find the patterns, wellbeing tools and systems that work for them. They also dive into the mainstream perception of ADHD and where women fit into this. Diann Wingert is a mindset and productivity coach for female entrepreneurs who identify with the traits of ADHD, officially diagnosed or not. During her 20-year career as a licensed psychotherapist, Diann saw many brilliant and ambitious women struggle with unidentified ADHD, including Diann herself. Since her own mid-life diagnosis, she now mentors women who are “driven but distracted” to overcome procrastination, perfectionism, and people-pleasing so they can craft a life they love. Kate Moryoussef is a Wellbeing/EFT coach and mum to four children, also newly diagnosed with ADHD (an explanation and NOT a label she's keen to point out!) who is passionate about helping women rediscover their inner voice, tap into their expansive potential, fulfil their desires and realise themselves outside of the overwhelm, inner pressure and family dynamic.
