Leave people you come in contact with in a better place than you found them in. Seems like a universal goal as human beings, right? Wouldn"t it be even better if you could do it as a team and achieve the success you desire even faster? What is it that you can do to help your team evolve and grow through the support of each other? Ask yourself this: "Is the team that I have right now the best team for my team? Are these players the best together?" Everything is only temporary, especially friendships. We have to pour into other"s cups when they are in need, just as we have to preserve our own to protect our cups from running empty. There has to be an exchange happening on both sides in order for the relationship to not feel one-sided or used up by the other. Sometimes, as the leaders of our teams, we have to make the hard decision to cut out the people who seem to only ever take for themselves without giving back. These sacrifices are for the betterment of the team in the long run. You are the average of the 5 people closest to you. Surround yourself with the star players you need to have around you so that you can succeed. If your team needs improvement, maybe some self-analyzation of those closest to you is necessary. Then action has to be made in order for change you used to only dream of to come your way in all the best of ways. Ask yourself again: "Where is my team headed? How can I improve it?"
