Chef Sean, known as “The Sioux Chef”, is the creator of the James Beard Award-winning restaurant Owamni in Minneapolis, MN, as well as NATIFS, North American Traditional Indigenous Food Systems, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting Indigenous foodways education and facilitating Indigenous food access.
