The real question is: "How can AI enhance our humanness, our humanity, and our decision-making?" Before difficult conversations, he asks AI: "How do I come across as caring and respectful?" The result? "AI is better. Period. Full stop." AI has better ability to prescribe empathetic conversations than even leadership experts who've devoted their lives to caring leadership. The choice: AI can be an incredible force for good or for everything that is not good. It's up to each individual to choose how we engage with AI.
