With over 30 years of experience, Michael has pioneered the firm's modular approach to affordable housing solutions, exemplified by projects like the award-winning Watts Works, and Vanowen, a newly completed modular affordable housing project in North Hollywood specifically for transition-aged youth, which is actually the first HHH funded homeless housing project in Los Angeles.
