Just recently I gave a talk to a group who wanted to learn more about holistic alternatives to treating the body that has cancer or other diseases. As I was preparing for the talk it dawned on me, that after all these years in The Classroom, people still want to have a list of things they can do to fix the body. But what if the body is not broken? What if it is not the body that needs fixing? I will share the importance of accepting the past, embracing our present, and loving ourselves to heal.
