Not just because summer is around the corner but because after two years of maintaining a 40lb weight loss, I fancy another challenge.  Just to be clear, I've yo-yo dieted for the majority of my adult life and maintaining this weight loss is something I'm really proud of. The real 'win' though was overcoming something close to binge eating disorder (BED) that involved a highly emotional and irrational response to fake hunger cues. As a result, I was on a 30-year rollercoaster of either restricting, dieting and exercising excessively or eating to excess.
