Are you remembering to take time for yourself and do the things that keep your mental health focused on positivity? How well balanced is your mindset, your physique, your lifestyle? Do you actually save enough time to enjoy the spoils of the work that you have done? Who do you truly choose to dedicate and give your time to most in your life? Be mindful of how much you are pouring into other people"s cups. You can"t pour from an empty one, so you have to take care of YOU first. You have to be aware of what it is you are giving to others so that you can save enough for yourself before you end up running yourself dry. You must distribute your time in the best way possible to maximize your happiness spending your time how you really want to with the people you really want to be with. Your time on this Earth is so short lived. Everything is temporary. You have to provide yourself with the right balance of opportunities for your own growth. Take inventory of the things that are transpiring in your life, what it is that you are doing with your time, and who it is that is benefiting the most from your time spent with them. Remember to be present in your own life. Rid yourself of those who bring you THEIR negativity. Instead, surround yourself with the people who are rooting for you and reciprocate energy back to you.
