A few nights ago, I had a moment of emotional turbulence. Instead of pushing it away, I followed it — and the next morning, I wrote this. Then I recorded it. This is about shame, overthinking, and what can happen when we stop avoiding what’s uncomfortable. It’s also about shadow work — the kind that doesn’t look neat. In spiritual circles, it’s easy to bypass this stuff with ideas or presence talk. But the deeper integration happens in the body. — I work 1:1 with people who want to stop living in their heads and start facing what’s really driving them — especially the parts they’ve learned to avoid.
