Only after A LOT of mindfulness and breathwork practices do I have a shot at living an intentional life. Throughout my life, I"ve had many moments where I"ve been reactive and negative. Especially when there are a lot of expectations for us to be "on" and "positive" all the time. But we can still find peace, and still find ways to be intentional--and to respond instead of react.
