In this episode I speak to Laura Giles a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is a Shadow Worker and Coach. She also hosts the podcast “Modern Animism Radio, a holistic spiritual path.” Laura uses holistic methods to help people remember what it means to be a part of nature and connect our healthy, authentic selves to others and the world. She has spent her career in trauma work and has discovered that the way forward is by going through the dark, ugly hurt of the past. As we release the negative programs that AREN'T us, our true, beautiful selves emerge. A Shadow worker works with your unconscious mind to uncover the parts of yourself that you repress and hide from yourself.
