Breaking Cycles, Generational Healing and Personal Growth. This week I’m joined by Eldra Jackson, whose story is as powerful as it is inspiring. At 19, Eldra was sentenced to life in prison. What followed was years of violence, solitary confinement and, eventually, the beginning of a journey into deep inner work. Through the Inside Circle foundation, Eldra found a way to confront his own shadow, take responsibility, and transform his life. Today he helps others do the same – guiding men through the same kind of emotional work that saved him. We talk about the impact of childhood trauma, the prison system, and what it really means to grow into emotional literacy.
