Claire Tavernor is a Certified ADHD Practitioner, Advanced ADHD Coach, EFT Practitioner, and Somatic Hypnotherapist. She is IFS-informed, trained in trauma-informed somatic work through an ICF-accredited programme, and certified in a rapid eye movement technique that gently helps reprocess trauma and emotional overwhelm. She works with high-achieving women who appear successful on the outside, but feel overwhelmed, dysregulated, and stuck in constant overdrive.
