We loved our conversation with Dr. Elizabeth Karr, DPT and physical therapist for Precision PT and the Atlanta Track Club. She graduated from the University in Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, and then went on to complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Emory University. Elizabeth has experience treating neuromusculoskeletal conditions throughout the lifespan and has a passion for helping people with active lifestyles return to the activities they love. Elizabeth also has experience as a Well-Being coach, using motivational interviewing and goal-setting to help graduate students build healthy lifestyle habits. Her clinical interests include supporting adolescent and female athletes, mental health, and injury prevention. Elizabeth is also a contributor to the app, RunSource (https://www.fastbananas.com/), which is an interactive database for runner resources. We loved this conversation! Interested in hiring a coach?
