Architecture goes far beyond 'just building buildings'. I hadn't thought a lot about how much architects think beyond the structure to the whole well-being of a space. Today’s guest on Be The Good with Kate sheds a fascinating light into the world of architecting, as well as so much into making your work a place that helps your well-being rather than hurts. Angela might be an architect, but this episode delves so much into career contentment as a whole and is another episode filled with actionable advice no matter your industry! Angela really makes us aware of our surroundings and how they affect our physical and mental feelings. I also found it interesting that a class she took in college called The Psychology of Habitation really sparked the further interest in how space can impact well-being.
