Dr. Kevin Masters is a clinical psychologist and a leader in the fields of health psychology and behavioral medicine. He is a professor of psychology at the University of Colorado Denver. He served a term as the Editor-in-Chief of Annals of Behavioral Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American Psychological Association and the Society of Behavioral Medicine.  In this conversation with Vikas, Dr Masters discusses why it is difficult to take up a fitness habit and sustain and what are the key reasons that build a habit.
