On today's episode of Dominate Your Day, I interview Jeni Raitsin. Jeni is a former architect, who made a radical career shift and transitioned into a mental fitness coach. She tells me about her struggles with burnout in her successful architectural career. Wanting more, she explored alternatives and ended up attending a Digital Nomad community meeting in Brazil and tells me how that experience led her to 'Leisure Hacker,' writing about her discoveries, and essentially begin a new career as a coach. We discuss the importance of mental fitness, positive intelligence, and self-compassion in achieving personal and professional goals.
