Does "good form" really matter, and what does it actually mean?
Send us a text This week I am talking about "good form". You know the kinds of things you hear "When squatting your knees shouldn"t go past your toes", "When doing a deadlift your back should never be rounding", "When doing a core exercise push your lower back into the floor" etc. etc. Does it really matter that much? I argue that it"s nowhere near as important as people make it out to be. And I, of course, tell you what "good form" should actually look, and FEEL, like. As always; HPNB still only has 5 billing cycles. So this means that you not only get 3 months FREE access, no obligation! BUT, if you decide you want to do the rest of the program, after only 5 months of paying $10/£8 a month you now get FREE LIFE TIME ACCESS! That"s $50 max spend, in case you were wondering.
