Jayne M. Wesler is an author, coach, speaker, licensed clinical social worker, and attorney. She is the author of Handbook for Parents of Children with Special Needs: A Therapeutic and Legal Approach, No Bones About It: Increase Your Bone Density Without Medication; the novel Railroaded, Reverse Osteoporosis & Osteopenia Without Medication: Evidence-Based Interventions, and Feed Your Bones! A Nutritional Workbook for Increased Bone Density & Bone Strength. Ms. Wesler, a partner in the law firm of Sussan, Greenwald, & Wesler, has for decades helped students with disabilities obtain the kind of educational programming that helps them succeed. As a psychotherapist, Ms. Wesler has worked with adults, teens, and children in various settings, including inpatient and outpatient, individual and group therapy. As a member of multiple Child Study Teams, Ms. Wesler conducted evaluations, wrote IEPs, and case-managed elementary-school students, high-school students, and students placed in specialized, private-school programs. She also developed and facilitated various psychotherapy groups. Ms. Wesler enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, skiing, scuba diving, snorkeling, working out, reading, traveling, and cooking.
