Andrew Scarborough | Follow Up for New Believers

Andrew Scarborough is doing follow up of new believer in Cambodia that has seen an 80% success rate. On today's episode of The Evangelism Podcast he describes his method of turning decisions into disciples. Andrew grew up as a missionary in Indonesia working with his parents.  Unfortunately, in his late teens he fell away from the Lord, but in a miraculous encounter with a believer, Andrew came back to Jesus.
