In this episode, I share a personal moment when I found myself in a hectic period, balancing work commitments and supporting my husband through his recovery from an injury. This whirlwind of activity led me to a moment of exhaustion, prompting me to listen to my body and take a much-needed break. I shared this experience, highlighting the importance of embodiment work and how slowing down can help us process emotions and support our nervous systems. I received a challenging message that triggered a sense of contraction within me.
