203: What's Your Interaction Style?

Welcome to the second episode in our discussion around communication. Last week's episode we discussed conflict styles and today we are discussing interaction styles. In this episode I'm exploring three distinct interaction styles: Assertive, Compliant, and Withdrawn. These can also be referred to Hornevian Groups, named after the influential psychologist Karen Horney, that categorize the nine Enneagram Types.
