132: Intermittent Fasting: The Good and The Bad I LOVE talking about fasting and the concept of intermittent fasting is so interesting to me. However in my experience of working with women’s nutrition for women over 40, there is a lot of misunderstanding, confusion and mispractices that can cause concern when IF is not done correctly. I have been using IF myself for over 10 years and within my programs for 8 years or so. But we have to first understand it, educate ourselves on the benefits and the science and also understand when it doesn’t work, how it can be applied ineffectively and when it may actually be dangerous or result in healthy issues.
