I wanted to share a personal moment I had recently. I was on a plane after delivering my first keynote, and to my surprise, I started sobbing. Not out of sadness, but because I finally paused to reflect on how far I've come. From marketing myself to systematizing my teachings and launching courses, I've been on quite a journey! That moment reminded me of the importance of celebrating our wins, no matter how big or small. Whether it's appearing on camera for the first time or landing a client through social media, these are all victories worth acknowledging. So, take a moment, pause, and give yourself a pat on the back for how far you've come. You deserve it!  In this 5 minute episode you’ll learn:Why its important to stop and reflectHow to celebrate milestonesHow to establish a growth mindset If you're aiming to grow your video presence, check out my free tips at kimrittberg.com/tips.
