Where is Basic Education Failing?

Today's podcast with fellow teacher Matt King is looking at basic education and where we think difficulties are proliferating. I am aware many will not agree with our views but we try to discuss the problems faced by society in 2025 and we both realise the current solutions are failing miserably. If you don't accept that problems exist then don't bother listening to the podcast! If two qualified teachers cannot reflect responsibly on the nature of our problems we both will have wasted our time with many years studying how and what to teach.
