If you would like to get in touch or even feature on the show then send me over an email to info@coachingcart.com Today, Id like to introduce you to a wonderful couple, Helynna & Margo During her lifetime, Helynna has been involved in careers developing training for police officers to understand mental health, provided trauma training, managed the development and construction for a 52 unit apartment building for people who have mental illness, are homeless, and struggling with substance use.  Helynna created the first moon: passage to womanhood ceremony for girls at the time of their first menstrual period.  She also founded the red web foundation to provide information about menstruation and remove stigma.  Helynna is a djembe drummer and a radio co- host of a community radio station that plays music by female artists.   Margo began public speaking in high school and won a state championship for debate.  She is the sole proprietor for a video production company that provided video, editing,photography, sound, lighting and teleprompting for 30 years.  She also taught film and video production and computerised editing.  Margo is a musician, vocalist and plays a wide range of instruments and has written over 100 songs.  Margo loves americana California style blues, jazz, reggae, country and rock. Helynna & Margo have been together for over 30 years.  During this time, Margo transitioned from male to female.  Here is their wonderful story....
