Democratic candidate Senator Bernie Sanders has been touting his 'Medicare for All' plan on the campaign trail, which he says will dramatically improve healthcare for all Americans. But many questions remain, including how the plan will be financed. Last week, the Penn Wharton Budget Model released its analysis of the Senator's plan, which in one scenario, showed that within 40 years the GDP will decline by 24%.
