Too Opinionated Interview: Demaree

Demaree is currently writing and recording her debut EP. God recently opened an incredible and unexpected door, Demaree had the opportunity to meet the Legendary Dolly Parton and record a reimagined duet of You’ll Never Walk Alone. Her first single Meet Me In This Place is on all streaming platforms. Demaree toured the country as Nessarose in the Broadway National Tour of Wicked. She made her Broadway debut at age 8, as Young Cosette in Les Miserables, and began singing as a soloist at her church at age 9. At age 10 Demaree toured the country for almost 2 years in the lead role of Mary Lennox in The Broadway National Tour of The Secret Garden and at age 15 she did a 9-month tour as Cynthia Benson in The Broadway National Tour of Big. One of Demaree’s lifelong dreams came true when she had the great honor of voicing Disney princesses such as Ariel, Cinderella, and Elsa on a special Disney project. Her voice can also be heard on Sony video games. Beyond her EP, she is also penning her first book, "Reconciled," a devotional aimed at supporting single mothers through the divorce or breakup journey.
