Tom Basden (Part Two)

We’re back on Hampstead Heath with the brilliant actor, writer and comedian Tom Basden!  In this part of our chat, Tom tells us all about his new film - The Ballad of Wallis Island - which follows how old tensions resurface when former bandmates who were former lovers reunite for a private show at the island home of an eccentric millionaire. Tom tells us all about the surreal gig that helped to inspire him and long time collaborator Tim Key to write the film - and how Tim slid into Carey Mulligan’s inbox to ask her to be in the film.  Raymond also had a bit of an embarrassing moment - which Tom handled with absolute class!
