Last year Rachel decided she was ready for a new challenge. So she left her job to start her own sales coaching company to work with others outside the jewelry business. Meet Rachel Morgan Rachel Morgan is a Sales Coach who works with online entrepreneurs to close more sales without constantly looking for new clients! Her previous experience includes working almost a decade as a Store Manager and Sales Associate for a fine jewelry company. As a Store Manager, part of her responsibility was to hire, train, and coach her team on how to sell effectively to exceed monthly sales goals, generate repeat business, and encourage referrals. In 2020, Rachel decided to leave her Store Manager position and start her own coaching company, Rachel Morgan Coaching, to change the negative stigma around sales actively. Instead of being icky, sleazy, and manipulative, Rachel’s mission is to create a more positive and FUN mindset around sales.
