The Righteousness of God

Would you consider yourself a righteous person? What makes a person righteous? Regular church attendance? Paying your bills? Being good to others? Honesty? There were some people living during Jesus' days on earth who had a very high opinion of themselves - - very righteous, they would say. But Jesus had a different opinion.
