He joins Kevin to discuss why he thinks organizations have been incapacitated by their lack of humanity. Gary is the author of The Future of Management (2007) and his latest book, with Michele Zanini, Humanocracy: Creating Organizations as Amazing as the People Inside Them. He shares data about the increase in bureaucracy in organizations and the decline of productivity growth.
