On this episode, Alexandra interviews Twila Dang, CEO and founder of Matriarch Digital Media. Twila shares about being bullied as a young girl and how that was formative in her storytelling and speaking skills. She talks about her background in radio broadcast media, what prompted her creation of Matriarch, and the need for more mentorship in podcasting. They also discuss why it is important to let people help you, what happens when you ask the universe for something you’re prepared to receive, and how podcasting has impacted her experience as a mother and in parenting her children.
