In this week's episode, Ricky and Jon interview Heather Mac Donald. Heather is the Thomas W. Smith Fellow at the Manhattan Institute and a contributing editor of City Journal. She is a recipient of the 2005 Bradley Prize. Mac Donald’s work has canvassed a range of topics, including higher education, immigration, policing and “racial” profiling, homelessness and homeless advocacy, criminal-justice reform, and race relations. Her books include: “The Burden of Bad Ideas” (2001), “Are Cop Racist?” (2003), “The War on Cops” (2016) And most recently “When Race Trumps Merit: How the Pursuit of Equity Sacrifices Excellence, Destroys Beauty, and Threatens Lives”.
