Masullo in the School of Journalism and Media and Associate Director of the Center for Media Engagement at the University of Texas at Austin, in the U.S., talks through her coauthored piece in Journalism Practice about online discourse between journalists and audiences and how journalists are becoming equipped to take on these conversations.
