On Friday, the Environmental Protection Agency released its long-awaited methane fee as directed by the Inflation Reduction Act. POLITICO’s Alex Guillén breaks down the details of the fee that could cost the fossil fuel sector billions of dollars, as well as the expected pushback from the oil industry and Republican lawmakers.
