Experimenting with Retrospective with Paul Reed

Well, it's been a joy hanging out with Paul Reed, as always. Thank you so much. I loved having him on the show. It was wonderful. Well, that was so much fun. And I think it's very important to look at both retrospectives.  And think of that socio-technical complexity and how it intersects with the Gemba Walk. It's not my concept. I referenced it in The Experiment Leader book.  It's important to look at the human components of measurement. As we try to figure out whether or not our experiments work.
